When we get more abuse from a single IP address than we do legitimate traffic, we really have no choice but to block it.
If you don't think you did anything wrong and don't understand why your IP was banned.Īre you using a proxy server or running a browser add-on for "privacy", "being anonymous", or "changing your region" or to view country-specific content, such as Tor or Zenmate? Unfortunately, so do spammers and hackers. IP bans will be reconsidered on a case-by-case basis if you were running a bot and did not understand the consequences, but typically not for spamming, hacking, or other abuse. If you are responsible for one of the above issues.
There are no skills anymore, you can't invest into sneaking early on and play a ninja/sniper from the get go. On top of those, Agility now also affects sneaking. Is this good or bad? Probably more correct to say easier right?Īvoiding detection while sneaking relies on the same stuff as before equipped armor weight, proximity to enemy, light levels and movement speed. this seems a bit worse than FNV where I had a need to max out Agility specifically for sneaking. So If I'm gonna be sneaking and killing out of sneak the whole time then I don't even need to add 3 more points to Agility. Ok, I looked on that wiki and seen only the Ninja perk as the next stealth skill, but it requires Agility at only 7. my next question is then: is there a point to have Agility at 10? Are there other good stealth perks that need high Agility? Agility 3 at lvl 38 for the final perk requirement seems low. Some people like it but I find it too simplistic to even consider an rpg anymore, its more like an fps with rpg elements now.
